Tuesday mornings 10am – Great fun Latin in line dance class.
Learn to dance Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Rumba, Charleston, Bachata, and many more, to great Latin music.
My classes have a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and leave you feeling uplifted.

Move it or lose it
Fun exercise class for the over 60's helping you to stay young and improve your strength, balance, mobility and overall health in a friendly atmosphere. All abilities are welcome! seated, support of a chair or free standing. Come and say hi and try your FIRST CLASS for FREE!!. Classes are £5 per session or 10 classes for the price of 9, We have to have a Move It Or Lose It certificate to prove that we have covid secure procedures in place.
